		<description>Let&#039;s be clear Angela. I didn&#039;t say &#039;this is how Carrie got those legs&#039;, I said this is how I would go about training/feeding someone to get those legs. I&#039;m drawing attention to how great she looks simply as a starting point for talking about ideal training and nutrition as I see it. Doesn&#039;t mean I think that my way is the only way; simply that it&#039;s what works for me and my hundreds of clients over the past decade+. There are always exceptions to every rule.</description>

		<description>I think the exercise portion of this is great, but the diet part is messed up.  Carrie Underwood is Vegan...she does not eat any meat, poultry, eggs, or dairy.  So, to suggest that someone needs to eat animal protein twice a day in order to get her legs would be inaccurate.

I do think protein is important, and Carrie has mentioned in interviews that she eats soy sausage and Vegan cheeses.</description>
