		<description>Whenever I &quot;don&#039;t feel like it&quot; or don&#039;t feel well, I usually try to work out for 5-10 minutes to see if what I&#039;m feeling is real.  If I am really out of it physically, I will know pretty soon and stop.  If I am feeling well, I never regret working out.</description>
