		<description>Yum, great recipe Hugh. One thing I would say though - don&#039;t discard the egg yolk, it has all the good cholesterol and lots of great Omega 3. Even doctors these days agree that eggs are not actually bad for cholesterol and (so long as they&#039;re free range or organic) you can eat them daily. The fat in the yolk will actually improve health and aid in weight loss.</description>

What I&#039;ve been into recently are a couple egg whites with sauteed spinach and cut-up cherry tomatoes.  Saute the veggies in a little EVOO, salt, and pepper and their delicious.  Not really a winter breakfast, but fulfilling and healthy nonetheless.</description>
