Hi Toni, I don't put everyone on a low-carb diet; it suits around 75% of people. Plus, it depends on the goal of the person - not everyone is wanting to get leaner :)

Hi Kat

I was surprised by the use of gluten free toast as part of a snack, how does this fit with a low carb diet please?

Good site. I always train hard at least three times a week and after a hard session your body wants the finest quality protein to fix you for your next workout. I at all times go for lean protein as the most excellent muscle building food, mainly chicken, turkey as well as fish. I also consume scrambled egg whites for breakfast.I in general combine these meals with a complex carbohydrate along with vegetables as well. I keep away from protein shakes since I perceive them as a waste of money, the body is intended to digest foods and drinks lack the thermic affect of food.

Just head down to the markets! Actually, it was in plastic because he'd brought it that way from home. But any market will sell large rolls of scotch fillet or porterhouse; at least they do in Melbourne. Good luck!

Where do you get just a piece of meat? I am asking because it looks like it was in a wrapper? Or is that just plastic in the picture or a plastic bag? I'm interested because I myself love meat - especially beef - for building muscle and strength.
